DESCRIPTION

You will work as an administrative assistant within the South African business. This includes all administrative tasks related to travel, daily schedule, calendar, etc. It also involves work of a highly confidential nature regarding upstream business/organization design and changes.Priorities are changing frequently; therefore flexibility is needed as well as the ability to work actively. There is limited room for error given importance of most issues to the business. Need to handle volume and pressure of workload fast and promptly, making sure the right people are involved and/or informed while maintaining confidentiality as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Variety of experience in Business assistance: different admin roles in functions and Business Units, which enable breadth of P&G knowledge and profound mastery of the PG systems and all MS office applications
  • Ability to handle complex situations under full autonomy: Holistic thinking skills and actively anticipating issues and avoiding crisis. Handle with sense of urgency, e.g. know/contact key people quickly
  • Ability to influence business leaders and own manager to meet critical needs and deadlines. Ability to lead, create sense of urgency and stay in touch with business needs
  • Priority setting: be highly organize to balance priorities, meet deadlines and manage the agenda
  • Acting with confidentiality and sensitivity
  • High commitment to the job, self-motivation and maturity are other important pre-requisites

 

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for:

  • National Diploma
  • Top-level communication (written & verbal English) and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent internet and data connectivity skills
