Shell signs gas supply and aggregation agreement for Aba Integrated Power Project (IPP) The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) recently signed an agreement with Geometric Power Aba Limited (GP) and Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria (GACN).
