Rwanda government secure funds for the construction of a water treatment plant in the state capital. The construction of the water treatment plant in Rwanda is been financed by The Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (EAIF) and it is expected to be the first Bulk Surface Water Supply in sub-Saharan Africa using a public/private partnership (PPP) model.
