President Yoweri Museveni over the weekend has commissioned the 104-km Musita-Lumino-Busia-Majanji road linking the eastern part of the country to the border district of Busia in Kenya. The road was upgraded from gravel to paved bituminous standard and is expected to have a design speed of about 90 km per hour.
