TURNER & TOWNSEND MERGE WITH KENYA FIRM MML

Turner & Townsend merge with Kenya project management firm MML.

Turner & Townsend, a global construction firm gets shares in a firm in Kenya. The Nairobi firm which is a leading company has sold share and will now be under Turner & Townsend. The merger comes as global investment is fueling Kenya’s diverse economy. The merger will also change the company name to bear MML Turner & Townsend. The change will now make the company work across the real estate and other industries.

Vincent Clancy, Turner & Townsend Chairman and CEO said that ”the merger will make the new company strong. He said it will also become the largest independent project and programme management company in East Africa,”

According to him, ”Joining Turner & Townsend is a significant step for our employees and clients. He said that it will make MML Turner & Townsend provide special and great ideas to clients.”

The company is looking to build a strong and stable brand by reflecting on its goals and desire. The plan is to be an experience private real estate agent.

MML company which started operation in 1987 is well respected in the area. The company has delivered some special project in the country since its existence. The projects like the Nairobi garden city and a new court for the Australia High Commission.
