Engineering is vital because without it society is nothing.

Engineering is important because in our modern society its practise has been for one permanent reason which is benefiting mankind. It has constantly been interacting with our environment by sustaining human life. Apart from it been exciting and challenging, it also create new design that benefit humanity through innovation. It also plays an important roles when it comes to vital issue such as delivering clean water system to underdeveloped countries to your iPhone apps.

In my own understanding, Engineering focuses on the development of infrastructure that serve a meaningful purpose in life. So i feel that a career in Engineering is interesting and fun. It is fun and interesting because you are constantly learning to adapt and change with the trend in the society.

We also forget Engineering is a piece of technology that helps us grow more food, with no soil, less energy, fewer resource and at a lower price. Plus it is easy to forget that before now we had nothing like the organised social structure. Our ancient ancestors had to invent and engineer the concept of society. But the greatest thing about society and Engineering is that they both feed on each other which we don’t know.

I also observe that the role of engineering in the society is key because it protect the environment and the people within. It aims to benefits the people by employing effective structures that will improve the transportation and living habitants. Engineering is also planning for the continual growth of the human population. It is planning by ensuring the sufficient resource for the people in the future.

In summary, i can say that the organizational structure that we call “society” is the result of social engineering because Engineering created Society.
