2018 VFD Group Graduate Trainee Recruitment

VFD Group is an alternative financial services holding company. It creates value by working within Nigeria’s informal financial sector to create innovative products and solutions that are accessible to the everyday Nigerian.

VFD Group was founded by highly skilled professionals with diverse experiences, qualifications and professional backgrounds. They identified the gap between individuals and small businesses and their banking experiences, and set out to bridge the divide.

The Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-week intensive training program. The curriculum comprises of rotational attachments across the subsidiary companies of the group, case studies, series of business trainings and specialized IT boot camps.

Eligibility at VFD Group

• First degree in various disciplines
• Minimum of second class upper for University graduates and Upper Credit for polytechnic graduates
• Not older than 27 years old.
• Must have completed NYSC
