ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (PORT HARCOURT OFFICE)
Chilewa Investments Limited, a manpower and Oil & Gas logistics support services provider, is currently recruiting for a ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (PORT HARCOURT OFFICE) to an Exploration and Production (E&P) Company in Port Harcourt.
The E&P company, is a company operating in the upstream sector of the Nigerian hydrocarbon industry for more than 50 years and also accounting for over 3 billion barrels of oil equivalent to Nigeria’s production to date.
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (PORT HARCOURT OFFICE)
- Create for each invoices the corresponding e-JPC in SAP
- Verifying of all monthly reports and invoices submitted by contractors to ensure that they are accurate and also comply with the terms and conditions of the contract concerned.
- Liaise with the vendors when necessary to solve discrepancies and ensure smooth invoicing process
- Ensuring that all concerned vendors adhere to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the contract
- Liaising with the Decentralized Buyer to Monitoring and follow up of all SERVICE ORDERS for materials/services till the delivery of the materials/services
- Ensuring the application and respect of the company procedures in the invoicing process
- In coordination with the cost control team, creating and registering JPCs in appropriate folders for their monthly accruals
- Ensuring an appropriate filing of all relevant documents, getting credit note/debit note as & when necessary
- On weekly basis, providing accurate reporting of POs performance to hierarchy
- On monthly basis, provide accurate reporting and status of invoices processed on his perimeter
SERVICE PERSONNEL PROFILE
- Must be a holder of Bachelor of Science degree
- Minimum 10 years verifiable experience in similar role. Experience in the Oil and Gas environment will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and competency in use of SAP and Microsoft Office package
- Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of data analysis.
- Ability to prepare and/or review risk assessments relating to the job function.
- Have a good command of English Language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
