CHINESE FIRM HOLD OPEN DAY EVENT FOR CBD PROJECT IN EGYPT

Chinese firm China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) has held an online open day event on the Central Business District (CBD) project in the new administrative capital city in Egypt.

The event is aimed at showcasing different construction progress of the project to visitors.

The company during the event also highly valued local engineering talent cultivation as well as promoting development of the building industry in the country.

Meanwhile, the 385.8-meter iconic tower in the project is a result of the Belt and Road Initiative and Egypt’s Vision 2030.

The project was signed in 2016 between CSCEC and the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities of Egypt is expected to be the tallest in Africa when completed.
