GLOBAL PROCUREMENT BUYER- CORRUGATED AT PEPSICO, EGYPT

Meanwhile, the company is looking for a Global Procurement Buyer who will be part of some flexibility that will ensure him balancing personal and professional life. The individual will also assist Egypt’s Corrugate and Miscellaneous Packaging category for Pepsi Cola Egypt and Chipsy for Food Industries.
Responsibilities:
- Solicit quotation from suppliers and prepare bid comparison for approval.
- Hold up in developing new suppliers.
- It should be innovative and efficiency in projects.
- Support group consultation and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Track, Report and upload monthly productivity projects in the relevant tool.
- Evaluate & evolve sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
- Support developing reports, analysis for Corrugate and other packaging.
- Keep close tracking of productivity pipeline to cover any risks to the plan.
- Support commodity reporting; maintain price & inflation/deflation database including internal and external data.
- Support the preparation and submission of Procurement Quarterly submissions, Annual Operating Plans and Pepsico Strategic Plan (PSP).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement (Corrugates is a plus).
- Good communication skills.
- Computer illiterate and experience in data analysis using tools like Excel, Access & SAP.
- Energetic and ability to manage various assignments.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
