KENYA FIRST MATERIAL PLANT ALMOST COMPLETED

China Wu Yi limited set to complete Kenya first material plant that will store different item like construction hardware,ceramic tiles in march 2018.

The building is expected to be the first in the region of where various items like construction hardware, ceramic tiles, bathroom and kitchen appliances among other things will be stocked. The project is been constructed by China Wu Yi limited which is the overseas arm of Fujian Construction Engineering Group Company.

The material plant which is dubbed China Wu Yi Kenya Building, Industrialization Research, Development and Production Base and Construction Material Supermarket  is expected to be complete in March next year.

Executive Deputy General Manager China Wu Yi, Yihua Lin; ”We settled on establishing this project in Kenya due to a number of factors like the good bilateral relation between Kenya and China plus also because Kenya is an economic hub in East Africa.”

The project is expected to cost approximately US$ 100m when it is completed.
