A good foundation must be design not only to be safe but must aim to save construction cost, time and material. That is why a procedure is needed to help educate clients when it comes to building it.

Foundation is the lowest load-bearing part of a building, typically below ground level.  The strength of any building lies with the foundation that is why it must be built such that, it keeps the ground moisture from seeping in and weakening the structure.
