Total’s US $20bn liquified natural gas (LNG) project in Mozambique is set to build a 4.6km-long wharf. A joint venture between Belgian contractor Besix and Portugal’s Mota-Engil will be responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction.  The joint venture will also build berths and mooring facilities that will accommodate LNG ships.
