A section of a bridge that collapsed at Siyabei area, next to Maasai Mara Technical Institute, following heavy rainfall has seen a road been blocked. The Narok-Maai Mahiu road was blocked after the incident. Kenya National Highway Authority (KeNHA) who block the road has assured resident of urgent restoration works  of the road.
