Second phase of Kenya’s Last Mile Connectivity Project (LMCP) begins. Kenya’s utility company, Kenya Power, have signed 23 contracts for the implementation of the government initiative termed Last Mile Connectivity Project (LMCP), which aims to connect the entire country to the national electricity grid.
