Nigeria Federal executive council (FEC) has approved the sum of N30.69billion for a road project in the federal capital territory (FCT). The contract awarded to Gilmor Engineering Nig. Nigeria Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved a total sum of N5.485 billion according to the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola.
