Namibia government set to allocate unoccupied mass housing scheme after two year of completion. The mass housing scheme which has been constructed by the government has been vacant for over two years is now set to be handed over before the end of this financial year according to the Chief Executive Officer of National Housing Enterprise (NHE) Gisbertus Mukulu.
