Chitungwiza Town Council has ordered the construction of an industrial structure which is been undertaken by MDC vice-chairperson, Job Sikhala to be put on hold. According to the letter addressed to Sikhala by Chitungwiza acting town clerk, Tonderai Kasu says the legislator is contravening the Regional, Town and City Planning Act.
