Mberengwa-mnene road construction on hold after contractors pull out due to cash flow challenges. Mberengwa-mnene road project is on hold after contractors decide to pull out. The contractors are unhappy with the way the project is been handle and has so far remove all their equipments on site. The contractor allege that this is due to cash flow challenges.
