APTIV INAUGURATE NEW PLANT IN MOROCCO
The production site is said to have been designed to be “eco-friendly,” in line with Aptiv’s commitment to reach carbon neutrality by 2040. American-Irish automotive supplier Aptiv inaugurated on Saturday a new production plant in Oujda. With the new opening, the company now has seven factories in Morocco. Located in the Oujda’s industrial zone, the plant will specialize in the assembly of electrical harnesses and is set to generate 3,000 direct jobs, according to converging news reports….
