ESKOM TO IMPLEMENT STAGE 3 AND LOAD SHEDDING IN SA

State power utility Eskom is expected to implement Stage 3 and 5 load shedding until Wednesday evening. Stage 3 will be implemented between 5am and 4pm, with Stage 5 following between 4pm and 5am. NAMPOWER RENEGOTIATE 100MW ELECTRICITY SUPPLY FROM ESKOM

NamPower managing director Simeon Haulofu confirmed that the power utility has renegotiated and extended its electricity supply agreement with Eskom for another three years. ESKOM, which is currently faced with frequent power cuts, will continue to supply Namibia with 100MW electricity.
