President William Ruto on Saturday commissioned Thiba Dam in Kirinyaga County. The dam will increase the production of rice in the area from the current 25, 000 to 35,000 acres. The construction of Thiba Dam is peaking up pace after Kenya’s Presidential Delivery Unit team visited the project.
