SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY NIGERIA LTD hereby announces to interested and prequalified vendors an upcoming tendering opportunity for the provision of Technical Support for Oil Spill/Remediation Services activities. The proposed contract will commence in November 2020, and remain active for 36 months duration, followed by 12 months extension option based on performance within the primary contract period.
The scope of work for the Provision of Technical Support for Oil Spill/Remediation Services will cut across SPDC’s operation areas in East and West Locations.
The Contract for Provision of Consultancy Support for Oil Spill and Remediation Services is an integrated approach to the cleanup and remediation of oil spills impacted environment. The objectives of the Contract for Provision of Technical Support for Oil Spill/Remediation Services are: a. to provide expertise investigation of oil spill impacted areas b. provide technical supervisory services to ensure quality of remediation work; and c. to ensure that oil spill clean-up and remediation practice meets regulatory requirements
