Nigeria’s Oil Rich Billionaire and Port Harcourt Big Boy completes Multi-Million Dollar Skyscraper!

GreyStone Tower, a luxurious 18-floor mixed-use development in Victoria Island is drawing lots of public interest. The building occupies a 2,031 sqm land area, and has been completed in less than 5 years.

Chief (Barr) Dumo Lulu Briggs, the chairman of Platform Petroleum Limited is the proud developer of this magnificent structure beautifying the skyline of Lagos.

A couple of years back my friend Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs birthed Platform Petroleum Limited and in the course of set up and acquisitions a property was acquired on Victoria Island. In the course of life we ran into each other and Dumo hinted the plan to set up a befitting 15 floor Corporate Headquarters for the floor which awed me. His enthusiasm was shot down, when the Town Planing authorities told them that permits will only be granted for nothing less than 19 floors (Storeys). This reinforces the belief that a government can determine to a great extent the outcomes in its community. Dumo and his team took up the challenge and yesterday with his son Daniel a Civil Engineer on the project as my guide, I came to see for myself this project named Greystone Towers on Idowu Taylor, Victoria Island, Lagos. It is the tallest on that street but the Total-fina building at 28 floors still holds the ace in Lagos. This is refreshing that one of us is involved in a mega project that is not government related. As for me, I am adjusting my dreams and aspirations accordingly. #vision #Nolimits #PlatformPetroleum #Dreams ****My attire was done by a young lad Marvin Goodluck in Port Harcourt.
