• Develop, review and monitor the transformation policies, this will include Employment Equity and Discrimination.
• Ensure frequent monitoring with clear reports on employment equity and transformation projects.
• Assist with the alignment of Deloitte Policies and Procedures against Employment Equity
• Manage the employment equity plan and develop the EE reports for Department of Labour submissions.
• Communicate, both internally and externally, on the firm’s transformation progress, successes and challenges.
• Coordinate reporting and enhance performance on the Employment Equity Act and the respective BBBEE legislation and Codes.
• Analyse talent information against the transformation targets and priorities to provide strategic intelligence to the firm’s leadership.
• Implement appropriate change management interventions to enhance the firm’s inclusive corporate culture and drive a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Align with the Deloitte Global Diversity & Inclusion initiative, where appropriate, and ensure all reporting requirements are met.
• Facilitate change management engagements to support business with the understanding of employment equity, transformation and diversity and inclusion.
• Monitor management control and employment equity deliverables against the BBBEE scorecard.
• Assist with the monitoring and supporting on Transformation targets with the Service line and business units.
• Manage and support the National EE Forums and EE forums within the service lines and business units.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Honours Degree or degree in Communications or Human Resources, Preferably Change management certification. Experience in Labour Law and project management is a key requirement.
