AZURI PENINSULA PHASE ONE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS IN NIGERIA

Phase one construction of Azuri peninsula kick-off in Nigeria.

The construction of the luxuries development has kick-off. The development will have 12 super-luxury simplexes, two villas and 120 luxury apartments including another 7 townhouse. The development is a mixed building featuring a special and luxurious urban lifestyle.

Chief Officer of  Eko Development Company, Ibiene Ogolo said that ”the first phase of the project will take nothing less than 13,000 square metres, and another 130,000 square metres for built up area. The project alone will take at least 127,507 square metres for building constructions on the site.”

She said these during the site tour of the facilities and the various project undergoing in Eko Atlantic.

 

The project will establish a five-star marina and yacht club. It also have an attractive walkway, high-end shops, cafes and a wealth of amenities in a curate and sophisticated environment.

The development has been fully occupied by 80% with only 20% remaining to be occupied by individuals. The project is dub the Azuri Peninsula and will be a major building in Eko Atlantic. Eko atlantic is a a new coastal city being built on Victoria Island close to lagos, Nigeria.

Azuri originated from Africa inspiration and is derive from beauty and blue sky. Azuri will also offer individual an opportunity to live life in residences befitting kings and queens.

The project will bring a lot of investors to the country and will improve the tourism sector.
