GHANA PRESIDENT COMMISSION NEWLY CONSTRUCTED POLICE BUILDING

Ghana’s President commission new police building in Accra.

President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has commission the Tesano Divisional Police headquarter building in Accra. The building is one of two that the Despite Group of Companies will be build in the country.

The building will also have special rooms for senior officers as well as a ten seater conference room, a kitchen, adjoining room. It will also have a total of 5 washrooms an executive lobby, a general lobby, a conducive counter back area. Furthermore an additional two modernized cells with washrooms for women and juveniles is also available.

During the occasion, the president pledge to be more involve with the affair of the police. He also said that they are making plans to standardize infrastructure with the aim of strengthening the police service. He also urged the police in the Tesano Divisional Headquarters to enhance their engagement with the communities.

The CEO of Despite Group of Companies, Dr Osei Kwame said the aim is to help foster rapid economic development by bring peace and harmony to the country. He also said an assured security in the area is what every individual needs.

The new building is part of third multi-million edifice built and donated by him to mark the CEO birthday celebration.
