Human Resource Officer At WACOT Limited

WACOT Limited operates in the agri sector of the economy. Our business activities include but are not limited to rice milling, soya milling, production of fertilizer and agro-chemicals, sesame hulling which are exported to Asia and Europe, trading in grains such as maize, surghurm and groundnut. We currently support the production of crops such as Soya, Rice, Sesame, Cotton and Maize as part of our Outgrowers Initiatives. Added to this, Wacot has several MOUs in place to aid its contribution to the fastest growing Nigerian sector- agriculture

We seek a Human Resource Officer who will provide support in Learning and Development, Recruitment, Performance Management and HR Operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of two years’ HR experience
• Strong experience in either Recruitment or Learning and Development is mandatory
• Good attitude
• Experience in an FMCG firm is desired but not mandatory
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
