PRICE OF PETROL TO INCREASE IN SOUTH AFRICA
Petrol prices will increase in South Africa by Next Month
The South African Department of Energy have announced that petrol price will increase by 4 cents per liter in November, Also increasing will be Diesel (0.05% sulphur) by 23 cents per litre and Diesel (0.005% sulphur) by 27 cents per litre.
This increase is based on South Africa’s monthly adjustment of fuel prices as affected by international and local factors.
The International factor being that South Africa imports both crude oil and finished products at a price set at the international level, including shipping costs.
Another factor is the Rand/US Dollar Exchange rate.
Other products affected includes Petrol (93 Octane, ULP and LRP) and petrol (95 Octane, ULP and LRP), which will both increase by 4 cents per litre.
