RIVER CESS TO GET FIRST CONCRETE PAVEMENT ROAD IN LIBERIA
The construction of a concrete pavement road, the first of it kind is bring joy to residence in River Cess.
The county popularly known as the city of natural beauty, was a scene of huge jubilation when a groundbreaking ceremony. These is the fact that the county has not experienced asphalt or concrete pavement since its establishment in 1984.
Construction of the 3 kilometers concrete road will runs from the airfield to the former UNMIL compound.
Meanwhile, concerned has been raised about the funding of the road pavement as private individuals rarely take on such endeavor.
However, Steve Tequah, an aspirant for the senate seat for River Cess noted during the ceremony that few of his good friends who believe in his leadership ability are providing support for the road.
