Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Process Solutions (LSS). You will partner with world class engineering’s and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Reporting to the Lifecycle Services and Solutions (LSS) Field Service Manager, the Services Leader is responsible for directly leading a team of Supervisors, Service Engineers & Technicians.  The Services Leader is responsible for the overall delivery of the support services to customers, and will rely on a support structure at various levels within the LSS organization and adhere to global standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LSS team and business growth across Egypt, ensuring that the priorities and focus areas are matched to the short, medium and long term needs of the business, and that the organisation is able to achieve its strategic growth objectives.
• Directly manage the Service operations and actively work with the Sales organization to drive the Services business growth and profitability with superb customer satisfaction and safety record.
• Together with the FSM, develop and implement the business short, medium and long term priorities in accordance with the business AOP and STRAP, in order to ensure that the business is appropriately focused to achieve top level performance in all areas
• Be a spokesperson for Honeywell’s safety culture and promote safety at all times.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering
• Extensive experience within the Control Instrumentation industry within the Egyptian market
• Proven knowledge of Honeywell systems such as  Experion, TPS and Safety systems
• An Egyptian passport
